Company Secretary

We offer prompt and accurate services in preparation of all kinds of minutes, AGM, EGM, annual return and any other related documents.

Regardless of your office's location, all documents will be ready and reach your office within 3 days from the day you make the call. Urgent documents can be arranged to deliver in the same day or the next day you make such call.

Following is the fees for various Company Secretary services:

Secretarial Fees : RM50 / month
Annual Return : RM200 / year
Normal Resolution : Free Of Charge

Note: Above price excluding all disbursement except 5% govt services tax.

  • Mail & courier - Redirect to you or scan and email over.
  • Meeting room - Enjoy one hour free use of meeting room, enough for 6 persons (prior booking required)

Following is the fees for our virtual office services:

Virtual Mail Only      (VM only)

: RM100 / month (free 1 month for half year contract, free 2 months for a year contract)

Virtual Phone only    (VP only)

: RM100 / month (free 1 month for half year contract, free 2 months for a year contract)

Virtual Office           (VM + VP)

: RM200 / month (free 1 month for half year contract, free 2 months for a year contract)
