Why other charge cheaper?

1. Please check our check list and compare making sure it cover everything needed for company formation without hidden charges.
2. Please take note that our cost for a company formation is at least RM1,400 (excluding staff, time and travelling cost) RM1,000 for authorised capital payable to SSM; RM200 for stamping fee of the M&A; RM100 for your company's common seal; RM100 for name search, share certificate book, minutes book and secretarial file. The balance RM288 are meant for our staff cost and travelling cost. Basically it's breakeven for us offering at RM1,688.00. We are only looking forward for building long term business relationship.
3. We hired professional qualified personnel (All our secretarial department personnel were graduated from MAICSA, Malaysia Institute of Chartered Secretarial Association) 
4. It's not a product we offered but a service. When you pay peanut, a monkey will serve you. We can assured that there were no monkey in our office.
5. Please make sure other firm having a physical office and reachable phone number and email address. We were having the same working phone number that answer within 3 rings for the past 10 years. It will be a nightmare when you have a potential buyer offer good money in taking over your company but your company secretary disappear or quit the profession.
6. Please make sure other have been around for long enough and experienced enough to act as your company secretary. Getting a wrong advice is equally devastating.
